Mova P10 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum

1. I have 99% hard floors. But I do have a low plush area rug and two entry door rugs, very low profile. The robot loses its mind around these. It appears at first, the robot avoids these, then comes back to clean them. But it's not the normal back n forth type of pattern. It's just some random circling as it it's confused. It does NOT fully cover and vacuum these low profile area rugs. My other robot vacs never had an issue with these.
- I am going to remove these from the Map and see if the robot just goes over them like normal, like it should, but I doubt it. Whenever the robot gets close, it acts like it's about to hit a mine field.
2. The Vac and Mop function is weird. (Versus the Vac, then Mop after). It takes longer than the Vac, then Mop function. It sometimes appears it doesn't know what to do, vac or mop. And it's suppose to lift the mop pads while going over the (again, very low pile carpets), but it usually does not.
3. The performance of the Mop function is NOT good. Maybe if you do it on the wettest setting and do it every day, but no, not for me.
4. I've got a sofa and a love seat that are exactly the same...same height, same thing except the love seat is just shorter. Well, the dumb robot won't go under the sofa, which is in the middle of the room. SO, that won't get cleaned under there. I cannot find out how to fix that. It goes under the love seat fine.
5. This is the 2nd vac/mop combo I got recently. I sent the first one back. I will probably send this one back (easy with Amazon)...depending on how the 3rd one performs that I have coming in a few days.
6. And I hate that it utilizes vacuum bags instead of just emptying a canister. So you will be tied to buying their (probably) unique, proprietary, expensive vac bags for the life of the vac.

We have two Great Pyrenees and no vacuum could handle them until this one!

After much research into Robotic Vacuums, and the many models available on the Market. I decided to join the Mova experience with the P10 Pro Ultra due to the functionality, appearance, price and reviews! The shipping time was faster than expected, two days from Order to Receiving!
After initial mapping and setting the machine to do what we wanted, which was very straightforward, it has done everything we could ask! It took the wife and I about 4 cleaning cycles to feel comfortable about its doing the job and stop chasing it around the house.
The instructions are pretty simple for the initial setup, but I found the support team is excellent at responding to the few questions I had about special functions! Their email response time amazed me, I didn’t have to wait long for my answers.
Overall I am completely comfortable with my purchase from Mova, and really like dealing directly with the manufacturer.
I highly recommend purchasing from them as I plan to continue to for all my Robotic supplies.

The feature I like most about this vacuum is that it can also mop! But that is far from the only awesome thing that this robot vacuum can do. The camera and light are also really great features. If it's stuck, you can pull up the camera on the app and really easily see where to go get it.I do have multiple pets, and after a few runs the vacuum said it was clogged - which is was. So if you have shedders, maybe be a little more vigilant with it than we initially were and you shouldn't have any problems.

Llevo usando varias semanas y he notado que a diferencia de otros aspiradores este solo trae un cepillo barredor. Por lo cual no deja tan limpio. La función de ajustado a las esquinas me parece muy. La cámara incluida es muy buena. Todo muy fácil de usar y controlar con el celular. El precio me parece algo injusto. Yo la compré por $1000 cuando al siguiente día ya estaba a mitad de precio. No me parace justo.
